What if food stopped being your own worst enemy?

Hi, I'm Anna

One of my highest values is personal development, already as a teenager this was important to me. Ever since I’ve been constantly developing and investing in new skills. During 30 years, I have participated in many workshops and trainings, I have obtained certificates in such areas as:

- meditation and yoga

- hypnosis, Time Line Therapy, NLP

- Pranic Healing Therapy

- Feng Shui

- Tantra
-Eating Psychology

I use this experience in my work and personal life.
For the last two years I lived at one of the top self-development centres in the United Kingdom where I led and facilitated group workshops and meditations in many of these modalities.
What I’ve learned through my own experience is that developing a healthy relationship to food is so much more than just changing eating habits. Which is why I use all of the knowledge I’ve gained from my studies and personal life combined with the wisdom of Eating Psychology.
I provide many complementary tools, techniques and skills that offer my clients a truly in-depth and holistic approach to support them in overcoming their issues. This builds the best foundation for lasting future success and happiness.

For 25 years I have lived outside Poland, in Great Britain, Italy and France. I’ve travelled all over the world, encountering many wonderful places and people. Looking from the outside in, everything was fine - I studied, travelled, worked and appeared to be healthy, energetic and happy, always smiling to the world, but that was not the whole truth about me. During this time, I was struggling with eating disorders. It wasn’t visible from the outside, I even worked as a model for a while, but internally I felt possessed and disempowered by food.
I heard many compliments about my appearance, yet I often secretly felt disgusted with myself. I wanted to be slimmer, I followed various diets while at the same time devouring huge amounts of food until I could hardly move and breathe. Afterwards, I wouldn’t eat for a few days and burned calories in the gym by running for 3-4 hours at a time. It was my penance for my self-indulgence.
Feeling ashamed and full of self- hatred, keeping my problems secret from others for so long, it was only years later that I was brave enough to start reaching out and looking for help. Firstly by reading countless handbooks, then in Italy visiting various psychotherapists and groups. Later I underwent CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) in London and attended different therapy groups. While I gained some relief, the effects however did not last too long. I was still struggling with food, more and more losing hope, with the reinforcing belief that there was something wrong with me.
It was only by studying at the Eating Psychology Institute in Colorado, USA, the world's leading school of nutritional psychology, that allowed me to look deeply at my problems in a way that was more holistic. Slowly everything I’d learned prior started to fall into place and I finally started to see real improvements to my relationship to food and myself.
Today I’m sharing my experiences in order to help others overcome the same difficulties and to love and enjoy themselves and life again.
